Abstract Submission Instructions

Organizers will select some abstracts for a short oral presentation at the conference. All abstracts are assigned a poster number for poster presentation during a poster session during the meeting. Poster space is limited, submit early!

Abstract content and editing are the responsibility of the submitting author. Abstracts will be published as received. Please review your submitted abstract to ensure accuracy by the discounted registration deadline noted on the meeting webpage.
One abstract per submitting author per meeting. Submitting author and account name must match.

There is a limit of 2 000 characters (without spaces) for abstract text.
Abstract submission deadline is May 30, 2022.

Only abstracts submitted and registered before May 15, 2022 will be considered for an oral presentation and the committee will select abstracts by May 30, 2022. We have a limited number of oral presentation slots

Update June 2022: only abstracts of participants who paid the registration fee before June 7, 2022 will be included in the abstract book.

Detailed Submission Guidelines:

To submit your abstract please use "Abstracts" menu item. Abstract submission form is available only for registered and logged users. The seven fields will have to be filled:
1. Abstract title (please do not capitalize whole titles)
2. List of abstract authors, please use the example over the input field to format the list
3. List of authors affiliations, please follow the example to format the list
4. Corresponding author's e-mail, will be filled with your e-mail automatically during the registration
5. The session you are going to present your work in
6. The process is finished with the "Submit" button. Pressing this button saves the abstract in the database.
7. Four of the fields, namely the abstract title, the list of authors, the list of affiliations and the abstract text are equipped with WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get") editor capabilities, allowing you to format the text. If you need special characters (eg. Greek or symbols) you can use "insert character" button (Ω). The WYSIWYG editor lets the authors copy the content from editors like Microsoft Word and to preserve formatting. For technical reasons, tables should be placed at the end of the abstract text. Some features of the text may however be lost, especially the hard paragraph breaks, when copied from MS Word. Abstract text has to be checked with the "Abstract Preview" command. Please note that the final formatting will follow the standards of Acta Biochimica Polonica layout rules. See: www.actabp.pl for details. Please note, that abstracts are editable till the abstract submission deadline. Typing the new one in the place of the old one means deleting the previous text.

In case of any problems, do not hesitate and use "Contact Us" form. We are here to help you.

Abstracts are published in the “abstract book” that is given to all conference attendees.
Submission of the abstract signifies consent to publication of the abstract in the abstract book.
